Week 5 - Grid Drawing

I thought this week might be easy, but it was very difficult. I think it's because I chose a picture with a lot of geometric lines, and I'm kind of a perfectionist when it comes to things I create. I really wanted to get this just right, but it turned out just a little bit lopsided. I used pencil and it took me about 4.5 hours throughout the week. I got genuinely frustrated when I was drawing this, but it turned out okay in the end :)

    This looks so good! Your proportions are really well done, and each of your grid squares look really exact compared to the original picture!

    The picture looks great and so does the drawing. I would suggest that you darken the lines or add a bit more shading. One more thing I would suggest is to add a little bit more detail to the picture. Other than that you did a great job on the art.

    This came out great! Looks really nice. But the lines are a bot thin.

    You did a really good job on the cabin. I like the angles in the roof line and how they contrast against the lines of the logs. Its very nice.
